Management & Supervision
At GMG, we care for and respect our clients and the buildings we work in. GMG Group’s experienced team of professionals coordinate the steps of the building process, establishing a balance between budget, scope of work, and schedule. A key component of our construction management is controlling the documentation related to a project: schedules, permits, special testing and inspections, security and safety. All dedicated project teams include a Project Executive, Project Manager and Site Supervisor, supported by Estimators and Administrative staff. Our project managers match and identify the best subcontractors for the job and research and procure all equipment and materials in a timely manner. This coordination and organization guarantees a seamless and efficiently run project.
Service & Maintenance
Our post-construction team will guide you through the care and maintenance of your new customized project. GMG has a dedicated Service Department established to fulfill the needs of our post-construction clients. We are available to continue home or commercial maintenance services, as well as develop customized project manuals, containing all of the vital information required for care and preservation. We will work with our clients to craft a detailed maintenance and service program that fits the needs of your property while anticipating potential issues and averting the need for major repairs in the future.
Carpentry & Framing
By combining highly skilled craftsmen with traditional techniques and modern equipment, we are able to take on unique and challenging projects. From the design and drawing phase, to the layout, to the standing of walls, our team is precise to ensure the finished product is of exceptional quality.
In-House Millwork Shop & Custom Cabinetry
Our in-house millwork shop, GMG Carpentry, Inc., will conceptualize, design, develop and fabricate custom millwork projects. Our 5000 square foot workshop is located 10 miles from New York City, just across the George Washington Bridge, in Bogota, NJ. Here we combine our master craftsmanship with the best machinery and technology to produce high—quality millwork and cabinetry—ranging from traditional to contemporary.
